Acorn Steel is  a "useable " steel yard. We are sellers and buyers for used and new steel.  We carry an inventory of new plate, round bar, flat, angle, channel plus many more items all suited for industrial or residential use.   Our inventory of "useable" material changes daily.  If you're looking for one small piece of metal or if you're wanting to construct a whole building, you would benefit from

Acorn buys  used and new steel to meet customer demand.  We  buy structural steel in any amount as needed. Used steel is purchased from individuals or industries as  long as it's still in pieces large enough to be of some use. Then we sell it to anyone  who can re-fabricate useable lengths into new structures or equipment.
      

The owner, Bill Ladd, has over thirty years in the metal industry and has the experience necessary to answer most of your questions concerning all areas of the project you are building.  If he doesn't have what you need in the yard, he will make every effort to find it for you.
